Pollinators for the Garden
It is very important when you have a garden to ensure that you are able to attract pollinators to you.
This can be hard in the desert, as the closest hive may be a mile or so away.
We have a few flowering plants to help ensure that the pollinators come in to the yard. It is also important to provide your little pollinators with water. We have several buckets and waterers around the farm for the animals, and these work for our buggies as well.
Right now, our purple sage is blooming, and the bees are happily buzzing.
You can also start your own bee hive, just make sure the same things apply. Food and water.
Remember, there are other pollinators besides bees, including hummingbirds, butterflies, and some moth varieties.
