First Market in September

Today was the first farmer's market in September and Kyle and I got our paperwork to be an official WIC farm through the department of health. I'll do another post about that later.

It went well today.

We sold all our eggs and we got to add a few things to the stand; prickly pear, my photos, and a couple doorstops made by Kyle.

The prickly pear apples are ripe. We were originally going to trade them to the tea guy in exchange for syrup, but he wasn't there today, so we thought we would put them out on the stand.

Overall, our little hobby farm is doing well, we are breaking even which was our original goal for the farm, and more importantly, no waste!
