Turkey Eggs

Hooray!! We have our first Turkey Eggs!

Turkeys typically start laying about 7 months of age and offer about 2 eggs per week.

Our little hens have been cranking them out! Right now, it is only Turkey Lurkey laying. The other 2 hens are a little young, but should be laying soon.

So far, she has been giving us about 3 eggs per week. She started laying towards the end of last week and we already got our 4th egg this morning!

We are very excited to start incubating them. We are going to wait another month or so until the others are laying too.
